Crossroads Baptist Students includes 6th-12th graders. Come join us as we learn and grow in God's word together through Bible Study, worship, games, and fellowship. Our youth group meets weekly on Wednesday evenings as well as Sunday small groups during our Sunday School hour. We do multiple events throughout the year including a few overnight retreats, camps, and mission projects.

Sunday Mornings

Sunday School 9:00am

Students are split by grade level for our Sunday School hour: middle school and high school. Both of these classes are led weekly by consistent teachers which allows for relationships to be built while learning God's word.

Worship Service 10:30am

Students attend adult worship service for the worship hour. We feel students are mature enough to be in a corporate setting learning alongside their peers and other adults.

Wednesday Nights 6:30-8:00pm

Get Connected. Go Deeper.

Students meet in the youth room every Wednesday night for a service catered especially to them. They kick off the night with games then jump into worship and conclude with either a large group lesson or small groups by age or gender. This is a perfect opportunity for students to get to make connections and build friendships with one another.

Pastor Johnny Griffith Jr.

Youth Pastor

Johnny lives in Eatonton, GA with his wife, Robbin, and children, Thad and Pacey. Johnny is a native of our town and was ordained as a pastor in 2009. Since his ordination, Johnny has served as Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Senior Pastor, Interim Pastor, and Church Planter. In 2012, Johnny received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a focus on ministry from Luther Rice University and Seminary and in 2013 he received his Master of Arts in Leadership, also from Luther Rice University and Seminary. Johnny has been serving here as Associate / Youth Pastor since September of 2019.
